In order to become a great host, you need :
- Responsiveness : maintain a high response rate by responding to information and booking requests within 24 hours.
- Accept booking requests : show travellers that they are welcome by accepting booking requests when you are available.
- Avoid cancellations : Cancellations are not trivial and we ask all guests to avoid cancelling travellers' bookings so as not to compromise their travel plans.
- Maintain a good overall assessment : travellers like to be able to expect a consistent level of quality, regardless of their destination.
